SHIPPING & RETURNS

We’re proud of our lightning-fast processing & shipping.

We have partnered with FedEx so that our customers receive their items as quickly as possible!  Most orders will ship out within 2 business days when all items are in stock. Priority-shipping orders placed by 12:00pm CST Monday through Friday will ship out the same day when all items are in stock.  There are a few items that may take a little longer or ship separately which will be noted on the website.

*FedEx delivers Monday through Friday to physical addresses (please, no P.O. boxes). FedEx does not pick up or deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.

  • You will receive FedEx tracking information for your order as soon as it ships out from our warehouse.
  • Priority processing is given to orders that select priority shipping (Next Day and Second Day Air).
  • Processing and shipping times are based on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • If your order contains items that are out of stock, we will contact you before shipping out your package.

FedEx GroundOur standard option, but it’s fast!  These orders will typically ship out in 24-48 hours.  If you are shipping to a Texas address, transit time is usually one to two days with most orders arriving within two days. For orders being shipped to the rest of the continental states, the ship time is usually 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and internationally, the shipping time will vary. 

FedEx 2nd Day Air: Orders placed by 12:00pm CST Monday-Fridaywill ship out same day and will be delivered in 2 FedEx business days (Monday-Friday). If you order by noon on Monday, you should expect to receive your package by the end of day Wednesday. Holidays may also cause a delay if FedEx is not picking up/delivering on that holiday. If you order by noon on Friday, you should expect to receive your package by the end of day Tuesday. (Please do not count the day your order ships when calculating delivery time.)

FedEx Next Day Air: Orders placed by 12:00pm CST Monday-Fridaywill ship out same day and will be delivered by the end of the next FedEx business day (Monday-Friday). If you order by noon on Monday, you should expect to receive your package by the end of day Tuesday. If you order by noon on Friday, you should expect to receive your package by the end of day Monday. Holidays may also cause a delay if FedEx is not picking up/delivering on that holiday.

In-Store Pick Up Option: A free option for those who would like to pick up their order in store. If you choose this option your package may be picked up at our store location at 6701 Slide Road. Processing time is 1-2 business days from the time your order was placed. Please bring your receipt for verification.

Military Shipping Options: We are pleased to send packages to service members! Orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses will ship out via USPS Priority Mail. USPS does not provide tracking information for these packages and delivery time varies based on the destination. (Middle East Regions: Typically 7-14 business days, All Other Regions: Typically 7-9 business days)

International Shipments: ALL International shipments are final sale. No returns/exchanges. To have competitive shipping rates for our International Customers we will ship all packages through the United States Postal Service or USPS. We can not guarantee the best tracking on these packages as they transfer to another service once they reach the destination country and they typically take 7-14 business days to arrive. CHROME is not responsible for any delays. CHROME is not responsible for any damages that occur during international transit. CHROME is not responsible for any unforeseen customs charges or extra delivery fees required after the initial charge at checkout by the country the package is delivered to. 

 

STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES- ONLINE ONLY

Our exchange policy is easy.

We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

**Bodysuits, bralettes + intimates, swimwear must have all protective coverings attached to be eligible for store credit**

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more
  • Items that are marked down and on “SALE” on the website
  • Jewelry
  • Designer Handbags

All return requests must be made within 21 days of the order being placed. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Once a return is delivered to CHROME HQ, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

 

HOW IT WORKS: To start a return, head to our Return Portal. Here, you select the items you'd like to return and the reason for the return. 

  • Once your return is received, store credit will be emailed to you. CHROME does not cover the cost of shipping a return. 

 

SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
